The WK1 offers 460 PCM sounds, including 17 drum kits, to suit just about any style of music. 16-part multitimbral, with a max 32-note polyphony, programmable split and the ability to layer 2 sounds together, the WK1 lets you create rich and modern sound textures. The WK1 contains 2 independent digital effects processors with 22 reverbs and 22 effects, with separate send levels for each track. The WK1 is equipped with a practical sequencer that lets you record up to 7 Song Styles. The sequencer is compatible with the widespread Standard Midi Files type 0, 1 and 1+lyrics. The useful built-in disk drive lets you save songs and performances on floppy disks to create your own unlimited library. Moreover, the wide display lets you view the karaoke-style lyrics synchronized to the songs you listen to, making your music a completely new and exciting experience. User Interface.
The large backlit display offers a perfect view of all the operating status and functions of PK5 Oriental. The dynamic keyboard and programmable pitch bend wheel reproduce every nuance of your playing technique. Volume and sustain are controlled by dedicated optional pedals.
Generation.
PK5 Oriental is a 16 parts multitimbral instrument with 32 note polyphony. The internal sound library features 257 sounds plus 16 Oriental sounds, and 8 drum kits plus 1 Arabic drum kit; the programmable split and the possibility of layering up to 3 sounds let you create rich and complex sound textures. The stereo 6W + 6W amplification with two full-range speakers faithfully plays back the entire timbric range of this advanced instrument.
Arabic Scale.
A special section containing 12 buttons lets you select and play scale with micro tuned notes as required by Oriental music. Arabic Scale provides 3 presets, and it's also possible to memorize up to 3 personalized Arabic scales.
Styles.
PK5 Oriental contains 72 styles plus 24 Oriental styles (16 Arabic, 4 Greek and 4 Turkish styles) with 2 variations each, made up of 5 tracks (Drums, Bass, Acc1/2/3). 10 different Performances are assigned to each of the 96 internal styles, allowing you to completely reconfigure the setting of the styles (sounds, volumes, effects sends, etc.) at the touch of a single button. 8 different types of Harmony are also available.

The PK5 Oriental contains 2 digital processors with 22 reverbs and 22 effects, with controls for the main level plus separate send levels for each track.
Sequencer.
The PK5 Oriental is equipped with a practical sequencer which lets you compose and record up to 4 Song Styles instantly, using any of the on-board styles. The pre-recorded internal demo clearly shows you the outstanding sound quality of PK5 Oriental.
Versatility.
PK5 controls are logically laid out and easy to use: in addition to the practical numeric keypad to recall any sound or style, there's also a series of dedicated buttons that let you select directly 16 sounds and 16 styles among the most frequently used in the Oriental music. You can even memorize your favorite configurations of sounds, effects, controls, MIDI channels, track status, styles, etc. in any of the 63 General Performances, and instantly recall them when needed.
Connections.
The stereo output allows you to amplify the PK5 Oriental through any external system; MIDI In and MIDI Out connect you with any other MIDI instrument. |

With simple and intuitive controls, the GK340 offers a series of useful functions for learning to play, like the Metronome or the Music Library which displays the song’s musical notation in the large LCD display and guides you, like a virtual music teacher, as the song plays back. 64 note polyphony and a database of 128 General Midi compatible PCM sounds, comprised of pianos, guitars, keyboards, synthesizer-sounds, strings, woodwinds, basses and drums, provide an inexhaustible supply of inspiration for any musical style. You can play in Single mode (one sound covering the entire keyboard), Split mode (two sounds with the keyboard divided into two parts) and Dual mode (two sounds mixed together). The powerful arranger section contains 96 authentic and highly musical styles, ready to accompany whatever type of music you choose to play. Each style consists of 4 tracks and contains two variations. Thanks to the Single Touch Play function, each style automatically calls up the most suitable instruments for you to play along with. The built-in mixer even allows you to balance the levels of the individual, while a powerful DSP (Digital Signal Processor), with reverb and other effects, enriches the sound of your performance. With the GK340, you can memorize up to 6 different personalized control panel settings (Memory). The internal Sequencer lets you record your playing and check your progress as you go. To fully exploit it’s potential, the GK340 can be connected to your computer, or other MIDI instruments, via its built-in MIDI interface. The efficient 2-way hi-fi stereo sound-system with 4 speakers reproduces, with maximum fidelity, the entire tonal range of the instrument. You can also play the GK340 through headphones, without disturbing or being disturbed, and with the option of powering the unit from batteries, you can play wherever you please with total freedom. |
